This provides a nice, soft water flow, compared to the sting of the water-saving shower head it was replacing. When the water is turned up high, it certainly can put out enough water, and I think it even starts outpacing the drain a little. 2.5 gallons per minute seems like it's reasonable for the flow limit.The shower head is fairly light and feels like chrome plated plastic. It's certainly not heavy duty, but I think it'll last at least a few years. Can't really beat it at this price. One reason I like having a single function shower head is that you get more even distribution of water from the whole shower head. But once again, the water doesn't come out with much pressure, so if that's what you want, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. It's not that apparent from the picture, but the shower head does swivel. |
