This handheld shower was very pricey, but well worth it, as Moen is a quality brand. If you want lots of water and high pressure, don't buy it. But if you want to conserve water, lower your water bill, and experience a refreshing, gentle, uniform flow of water, this is for you. Less hot water used equates to lower electric/gas usage as well. Doesn't steam up the bathroom as much either. It has a lifetime warranty, and has an attractive LifeShine� finish guaranteed not to tarnish, corrode or flake off. I've had Moen products before, and they stand behind their warranty. I installed it before having surgery so I could adjust the three-function shower head to a convenient level for a shower stool.
