Very easy install using teflon tape on stem threads out of wall. The rubber nozzles are easy to clean if you have hard water just by rubbing them. Would like more settings, but three sufficient. The water pressure is so high on two of the pulse-type settings that spray almost hurts the skin, a control valve for volume of output would be a big plus. Have looked for a reasonably priced control valve, have not found it yet. Amazing what showerheads cost these days!! Rate product a B+. Customer service at Moen is usually excellent by the way.
