I have got to say, I am sorely disappointed with Moen on this product. First, the product description saying it is "Chrome" is misleading. The showerhead has nothing to do with chrome. It's made out of cheap plastic and coated with a silver lining. The other reviewers got it right, the hook is installed upside down on this device. Thus, you need to rotate the main handle 180 degrees now where the handshower is on the left-hand side instead of on the right as pictured in the description. This causes the connector to the main unit to essentially be upside down. The cord also refuses to unwind in this position causing it to get in the way of the main showerhead.Great idea though, just poor design and awful execution. 5 of 5 people found the following review helpful  Needs Adjustment!, This review is from: Refresh 3 Way Combination Shower Head, Chrome (Misc.) This is a good product HOWEVER it does need an adjustment. I had the same experience as the other reviewer however I called the service hotline on the package. The company knows they screwed up the hose attachment piece but they will tell you to just use a wrench to turn it upsidedown. The operator said 'You will hear a popping noise but it is ok, just turn it.' We did this for ours and it worked but there was a scary little rattle afterwards inside the unit. After attaching it though everything works and it is fine and it doesnt leak. You would think they would just recall all of them and put out new ones that dont need the adjusting. 3 of 3 people found the following review helpful  Don't Throw Out the O-Rings!!, This review is from: Refresh 3 Way Combination Shower Head, Chrome (Misc.) I bought this shower head from BB&B to replace a piece of crap I had in my apartment. I had never installed a shower head before (and I shouldn't have had to, but my apartment is incompetent...but that's another review for another website) and the installation was easy! However, they don't tell you about the o-rings in the instructions! That's a big problem because when you connect the hand held, it leaks horribly!!! I had the thing all packaged up ready to take back to BB&B when I decided to read some reviews to see if others were having similar issues. Thank goodness I did! I went back to the trash and found the o-rings. The reason I had overlooked them was because there were twist ties on the hose to keep it coiled up and I didn't look closely at them. I installed the o-rings...and ta-da! no leaks! Now I did deduct some stars because a. the handheld doesn't stay upright very well b. it's all plastic crap, not metal.
