Enjoy a rainshower experience that you can control with the Moen Velocity Eco-Performance showerhead in chrome finish. A flip of a lever enables you to choose either a calming rain rinse function or a self–pressurized spray. It also features Moen's advanced Immersion rainshower technology, which channels water through the showerhead with three times more spray power than most rainshowers.

This 8-inch showerhead includes a brass swivel ball assembly. It meets WaterSense criteria to conserve water without sacrificing performance, and water flow is limited to a maximum of 2.0 gallons per minute (gpm).

I've had Moen shower heads before. They ALL look great, and work great. They're well made, and will stand up to cleaning. I replaced a rain type shower head with this one. Wife loves rain shower, I prefer pressure. Bingo. This shower head is the best of both. However it attached easily to my curved shower pipe and seems to work fine without having to be directly overhead on a special arm.It seems that you get the best of both worlds, a soft rain shower or a velocity narrower stream. We really like both functions for different things. The unit is 'water sense certified' meaning that it meets federal requirements for lower water use. Sadly they don't say what the gallon per minute flow is. Compared to my last really low flow shower head, it seems to use about 20% more water, but still qualifies as low flow. Also, the rain shower function really gets me soaked, so I find that I turn it off in the middle of the shower to really soap up and then there is a good clean rinse when I turn it back on. Look for some better prices under "used" as nothing is going to do any damage to this shower head. |
